Step 2: You mail us your device
Please write down the following details on a note and place inside the package with your device

Please securely package your device using bubble wrap and a jiffy bag and use a Tracked and signed for service to send to us. We recommend Royal Mail Special Delivery.
Please do not send any accessories such as chargers, power adapters, SIM cards, cases or original boxes. We cannot guarantee they will be returned.
Step 1: Buy the repair you need
Select the make and model of your device and the repair you require. If you cannot find the service you require, or you're unsure of the fault, please Contact us and we will be happy to advise you.
If you wish to change the colour of the device or need to add any more information, please add this to the comments at the checkout.
You will receive instructions on where and how to send your device to us on your confirmation email once your booking is complete.
Step 3: We receive your device
Once your device is received at our workshop we will update your repair ticket and inspect the device noting any faults. This will be updated on the ticket and if there are any discrepancies you will be contacted before carrying out any further works.
Step 4: We repair your device
We aim to have your repair carried out and completed within 24-48 hours of receiving your device. If there are any issues or delays preventing us completing the repair within the above timeframe, we will contact you to let you know.
Step 5: We return your repaired device
Once the repair is completed, we will dispatch your device back to you using a tracked, insured next-day courier. You will receive a notification on the day of the delivery with the tracking number for your delivery.
